Andrew V. Nelson is an associate in the Finance and Real Estate Department of Cades Schutte. He joined the firm in 2012.

Mr. Nelson received his law degree, summa cum laude, from the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii, in 2012. As a law student, he externed for the Honorable Richard R. Clifton, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Honorable David A. Ezra of the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Nelson was a consultant for a land use consulting and development firm in Wailuku, Hawaii.

Mr. Nelson is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all Hawaii courts and the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii
