Bernice Littman

Mrs. Littman joined the firm in 1971, and has been a partner in the Finance and Real Estate Department since 1980. Her practice concentrates in real estate transactions, primarily condominium development and conversion, financing, development, purchase and sale of commercial properties and leasing. She also counsels clients on fair housing and Americans with Disabilities regulations. Over the years, Mrs. Littman has participated in teaching many seminars on legal subjects, including financing from both lender's and borrower's views, advanced leasing and sales issues, fair housing and disabilities laws.

REPRESENTATIVE ENGAGEMENTS Represented developers in the submission or conversion, registration and sale of five resort condominium projects Represents developer in the creation of a master planned community and several condominium projects within the community Drafted condominium documents for large Waikiki hotel/retail complex.
