James H. Ashford

Mr. Ashford is a partner in the firm's Litigation Department. Jim joined Cades Schutte in 1990. Mr. Ashford's practice includes representing employers and management in litigation, arbitration, agency investigations, and mediation of labor and employment claims and commercial disputes. He is also a regular speaker at employment law and litigation seminars in Hawaii.
