Mr. Olson is a partner practicing in the area of litigation. His practice focuses on insurance coverage and liability, professional liability defense, personal injury and product liability defense and mass media law. Mr. Olson is Co-chair of the Attorney-Client Relations Committee for the Hawaii State Bar Association and the past chair of the HSBA Insurance Coverage and Litigation Section. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, The Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel, and Hawaii Defense Lawyers Association. He was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where he taught Media and the Law. Mr. Olson has received an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell. He is listed in Woodward/White's "The Best Lawyers in America," in the area of insurance law.
