Mr. Leas is a partner in the Litigation and Finance and Real Estate Departments of Cades Schutte. Mr. Leas has extensive experience with real estate transactions, financing, leases, condominiums and hotels in Hawaii. He has extensive litigation experience in state and federal court, including eminent domain cases, quiet title actions, partitions, foreclosures, collections, condominium disputes, commercial lease disputes and cases dealing with real estate contract formation and enforcement. Trials handled are evenly divided between jury and nonjury.
