Mr. Young is a partner practicing in the area of litigation. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and bankruptcy and creditors' rights. Mr. Young served as Director of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the Hawaii State Bar Association from 2001-2002, from 2006-2007, and as its vice-president for the year 2002. He is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
