Mr. Nomura is a partner practicing in the area of litigation. His practice focuses on labor and employment law, employment litigation, and employee benefits litigation. He has appeared before state and federal agencies, including the Hawaii Civil Rights Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (Disability Compensation Division, Labor and Industrial Relations Appeals Board, Employment Security Appeals Board, Wage and Hour Enforcement Division), the United States Department of Labor (Wage and Hour Division, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs), and the United States Merit Systems Protection Board.
