Litigation Support Specialist/eDiscovery
The litigation department is seeking a Litigation Support Specialist/eDiscovery consultant to work with our litigation group. Individual must be familiar with forms and recovery methods of electronically stored information, metadata collection, bit-stream copy, data encryption methods and programs, discovery procedures and processes, and courtroom procedures and processes. Individual must be familiar with a variety of litigation support software. Must have advanced proficiency with Relativity, Concordance, Summation and LAW. Previous experience dealing with eDiscovery vendors and vendor management desired. Must be extremely detail oriented and organized, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Individual should be team oriented and flexible to meet the demands of the workload and project.

Legal Secretary/Assistant
We are seeking experienced legal secretaries with at least 3-5 years’ experience, preferably in the litigation practice area.  Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, possess excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills, be team oriented, flexible to meet the demands of the workload and project.
