Cades Obtains Dismissal of Bid Protest Over Honolulu Rail Transit Project

On behalf of Hawai`ian Dredging Construction Company, Keith Yamada, David Banks, Jeffrey Osterkamp and Eaton O’Neill successfully obtained a dismissal of a request for administrative hearing on a bid protest over the Farrington Highway Station Group portion of the Honolulu Rail Transit Project.

Keith Y. Yamada is a partner practicing in the area of litigation. Mr. Yamada’s practice focuses on civil litigation, construction litigation, commercial law, and suretyship. He is co-chair of the firm’s Construction Law and Litigation Practice Group.

David F.E. Banks is a partner with Cades Schutte LLP.  He is currently chair of both the Corporate Department and the Employment Law and Labor Relations Group.

Jeffrey M. Osterkamp is a partner in the Litigation Department of Cades Schutte.  Mr. Osterkamp’s practice is concentrated in construction litigation, government procurement disputes, commercial litigation and media law.

Eaton S. O’Neill is an associate in the Corporate Department of Cades Schutte.  He joined the firm in 2009.
