Kirk M. Neste is a litigation associate with Cades Schutte. Mr. Neste practices in the areas of real estate, construction, and employment litigation, and specializes in judgment collection and enforcement. Prior to joining Cades Schutte in 2013, Mr. Neste was an Associate for Faegre Baker Daniels LLP in Denver, Colorado. While at Faegre Baker Daniels, Mr. Neste was extensively involved in the representation of commercial fishermen and seafood businesses with regard to their claims arising out of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, and represented several high-profile businesses in various commercial disputes in state and federal court. He obtained his B.A. in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from the University of Washington in 2004, and received his law degree from the University of Oregon Law School in 2008. As a law student, Mr. Neste served as Editor-In-Chief of the Oregon Law Review. He also worked as a Judicial Extern to Judge Jack Billings of the Lane County Circuit Court.
