Cades Schutte’s Trusts & Estates Team to Speak on Hawaii State Teachers Association Virtual Session

The Trusts & Estates team of Cades Schutte LLP is proud to have been selected as the Hawaii State Teachers Association (HSTA)’s first NEA Attorney Referral program partner, providing HSTA members with affordable access to legal assistance for their estate planning needs.

To kick off the program, attorneys Summer G. Shelverton, Pōhai Nuʻuhiwa Campbell, Caitlin M. Moon and Daniel C. Vermillion will present a virtual session about basic estate planning on Friday, August 14, at 3:30 pm. Following the presentation, the team will be available to assist HSTA members with their estate plans, including the drafting of wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, and advance health-care directives.
