We represent clients involved in all areas of technology, including private radio, common carrier, broadband and broadcast.  In the past decade, Hawai`i has actively worked to increase the presence of high tech industries in the islands.

Our attorneys have a wide range of experience, from helping the innovative entrepreneur develop an idea into a company to protecting intellectual property rights, to various types of technologies, including choice of entity, tax and other business law aspects of technology companies.  We help clients with respect to drafting and negotiating technology-related agreements, licensing agreements, and all aspects of e-commerce, including domain name arbitrations, website development agreements, and compliance with various laws relating to the Internet.

We also work with the firm’s litigation practice groups where necessary to enforce rights, and to resolve disputes relating to technology or e-commerce issues.

When Hawai`i passed Act 221/215 with business tax incentives, our attorneys worked with local tech ventures to grow their businesses.
