HONOLULU (July 7, 2025)-Trisha L. Nishimoto has been appointed by the Hawai’i Supreme Court to the Permanent Committee on Hawai’i Rules of Civil Procedure and Circuit Court Civil Rules. Trisha brings years of experience in litigation and a strong commitment to improving access to justice in Hawai’i.
The Committee reviews, updates, and recommends changes to the rules that govern procedures and practice in civil litigation in the state’s Circuit Courts. The Committee is comprised of judges and attorneys and works to ensure that the rules reflect best practices and promotes fair and efficient proceedings.
