Cades Schutte is pleased to announce that attorney Reyn S.P. Ono has been recognized as a 2026 Emerging Legal Star by Hawaii Business Magazine. The annual recognition honors outstanding attorneys with 10 or fewer years of practice who are making meaningful contributions to Hawaiʻi’s legal profession through their professional achievements, leadership, and service to the community.
Reyn is a member of Cades Schutte’s Finance, Real Estate, and Corporate Department and serves on our Recruiting and Summer Associate Committees. His practice spans public utilities, energy, water resources, real estate, banking and finance, and construction. Reyn represents public utility companies and common carriers providing electric, sewer, water, and transportation services regulated by the Hawaiʻi Public Utilities Commission in certification, rate case, asset sale and transfer, regulatory, formal complaint, and other proceedings. He also represents clients ranging from large institutions to individuals in real estate transactions, title and entitlement due diligence, financing, and construction documentation.
