Hi‘ilani is an associate in the Litigation department.

Prior to joining Cades Schutte, Hi‘ilani served as a law clerk for the Honorable Gary W.B. Chang of the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawai‘i.

Hi‘ilani obtained her law degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawai‘i.  As a law student, Hi‘ilani served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Gary W.B. Chang of the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawai‘i and the Honorable Lisa M. Ginoza, Chief Judge of the Intermediate Court of Appeals, State of Hawai‘i and worked as a summer associate for another local law firm.  Hi‘ilani also served as a Staff Writer for the University of Hawai‘i Law Review.

Prior to law school, Hi‘ilani obtained her undergraduate degree from Hawai‘i Pacific University.  While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Hi‘ilani was a member of Hawai‘i Pacific University’s Division II Women’s Soccer Team.

Hi‘ilani grew up on O‘ahu and is a graduate of Punahou School.
