Kirk is an associate in the Litigation department of Cades Schutte.
Kirk was born and raised on Hawai‘i Island and is a graduate of Parker School in Waimea. He earned his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law (UCLA Law), specializing in Business Law. During law school, Kirk served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Mark E. Recktenwald, Chief Justice of the Hawai‘i Supreme Court, and was a summer associate at Cades Schutte. At UCLA Law, Kirk was a Managing Editor on the UCLA Law Review.
Additionally, he earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California where he studied Business Administration with a minor in Applied Analytics and graduated summa cum laude.
