We are seeking a Library Assistant to assist with the maintenance of library materials to include shelving books and filing updated material binders; assisting with research request from the internet and various government agencies and offices and a variety of short and long-term projects. Organized and attention to detail a must. High school graduate with a college degree, preferably a 4-year degree. Individual majoring in legal or library studies highly desired.
We are seeking experienced legal assistants with at least three years of experience, preferably in the litigation practice area. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, possess excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills, be team-oriented, flexible to meet the demands of the workload and project.
