E-Discovery Manager/Litigation Paralegal
The litigation department is seeking an E-Discovery Manager/Litigation Paralegal. Individual must be well-versed in the technical and practical considerations involved with collecting and processing electronically stored information and discovery rules. Individual must be familiar with a variety of litigation support software, and must have advanced proficiency with Relativity, Concordance, Summation and LAW. A demonstrated ability to effectively manage vendors and to work with attorneys, paralegals and clients is required. The candidate must be detail oriented and organized, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Individual should be team oriented and flexible to meet the demands of the workload and project.

Corporate Paralegal
 The corporate department is seeking a paralegal with at least 3 years of experience to assist with corporate transactions. Individual must have demonstrated familiarity with in-state and out-of-state corporate filings including formation, qualification, merger, dissolution, and related filings; annual renewals and updates; obtaining EINs; deal closings including preparing closing certificates, drafting local state and federal docs, and closing binders; preparing and maintaining minute books and filings; preparation of stock certificates and resolutions, etc.  Must have demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, strong research skills, the ability to work under pressure, excellent communication and the ability to work efficiently on their own.  Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, be team oriented, and flexible to meet the demands of the workload and project.

Legal Assistant
We are seeking experienced legal assistants with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in the litigation practice area.  Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, possess excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills, be team oriented, flexible to meet the demands of the workload and project.
