As an associate in the Litigation Department, Ryan practices in the areas of commercial and real property litigation, construction, and employment.

Ryan earned his law degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawai‘i, summa cum laude. During law school, Ryan served as a judicial extern to the Honorable James H. Ashford of the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawai‘i and the Honorable Karen T. Nakasone, now Chief Judge of the Intermediate Court of Appeals, State of Hawaiʻi. Ryan also served as a Staff Writer for the University of Hawai‘i Law Review.

Prior to law school, Ryan obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Hawai‘i.

Ryan grew up on O‘ahu and is a graduate of Punahou School.
