Roy A. Vitousek III to Speak at University of Hawai’i Law Review Virtual Symposium: 25 Years of PASH

Roy A. Vitousek III (Randy) will participate in a symposium by the University of Hawaiʻi Law Review on February 5, 2021, discussing the evolution of law 25 years after the seminal case Public Access Shoreline Hawai‘i (PASH).

Randy will speak on the first panel session, from 9:00 to 10:30 am, titled “PASH and its Progeny” together with Suzanne Case (Chair, Board of Land and Natural Resources) and David Forman (Director, Environmental Law Program; Faculty Specialist, Ka Huli Ao Center for Excellence in Native Hawaiian Law), moderated by Susan Serrano (Faculty Specialist & Associate Director, Ka Huli Ao Center for Excellence in Native Hawaiian Law).
