Cades Schutte LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Rio H. Kwon and Miki N. Nakamura as associates in the firm’s Finance, Real Estate & Corporate Department.
Rio H. Kwon focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions, commercial real estate finance, leasing, and project development. He also has experience representing business entities in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Before joining Cades Schutte, Rio practiced at another Honolulu-based law firm specializing in real estate transactions. He earned his law degree, cum laude, from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawai‘i.
Miki N. Nakamura brings a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, corporate and commercial financing, and commercial leasing. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at a boutique law firm in Honolulu specializing in real estate and financing transactions. Miki received her law degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawai‘i. Before attending law school, she taught high school mathematics in Los Angeles for nearly seven years.
