Cades Schutte LLP Advises Areté Collective in $43 Million Land Acquisition from Blackstone

A multi-practice Cades Schutte team recently advised Areté Collective, a residential real estate development company, in its acquisition of 65 acres from Blackstone Real Estate for $43 million on the North Shore of O‘ahu. The land is adjacent to and part of Blackstone Real Estate’s larger sale, totaling $768 million, of the Turtle Bay Resort. Legal for the acquisition included land use, real estate, tax and employment advice.

Areté Collective’s project will focus on sustainable development, community partnerships, and preservation of the land’s natural beauty.
