Cades Schutte Bolsters Environmental Law Practice with the Addition of Lindsay N. McAneeley

HONOLULU (December 29, 2020)–Cades Schutte LLP is proud to announce that Lindsay N. McAneeley has joined the firm’s Honolulu office as Of Counsel, effective December 28, 2020.

Lindsay, a former partner and co-chair of the Environmental Practice Group at one of the oldest and most prestigious law firms in Hawai‘i, brings with her a wealth of experience with environmental laws and proceedings, including advice related to regulatory compliance, enforcement actions, contested case hearings, administrative appeals, and high-stakes state and federal litigation related to some of Hawai‘i’s most significant development projects.

Lindsay also has over 13 years of experience representing clients in complex contractual, commercial, employment, real property, tort, and intellectual property related matters and disputes.  Lindsay assists clients with developing strategies for compliance with legal requirements and obligations, risk mitigation, and dispute avoidance; and, also serves as an advocate in all aspects of litigation, including administrative hearings, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeals.  Her clients include large and small businesses, nonprofits, developers, landowners, financial and educational institutions, energy companies, government entities, and individuals.

The practice, currently led by Patricia J. McHenry who holds 25 years of experience representing clients in environmental law matters, recently also expanded with the addition of Stacey F. Gray, whose background includes nearly a decade of environmental consulting in regulatory compliance.
